Are you suffering from inner pain
of life hardships or broken heart?
Well, many of
the people might sadly say yes, but the element of deprivation be clearly felt
inside their heart instantly while making affirmation.
Most of the
people believe that their internal wounds might never be healed, so they make
compromise to their lives and keep on fighting themselves for a long period of time.
The strangest thing is that many of such people believe themselves as an
internally strong individual. Are they really strong from inside? Let me give
you one scenario:
“Mr. A is a
heartbroken guy. Since last two years, he is suffering from such inner pain. He
believes that his internal wounds can never be healed, so he decided to make a compromise.
He keeps himself so much busy in his life activities (job, fitness, community,
leisure etc.); so that he can have lesser time to think about his past. Is he
really a strong guy?”
A strong person
cannot be the one who surrenders his/her efforts to get healed against internal
wounds. Instead, he/she is the weakest person in this world. It’s more like
getting an escape from reality rather than facing it. A strong person never tries
to forget the question, but to search for an answer.
Let’s make it
the simplest for you. If you are a heartbroken, there is a question always
being inside your mind, “can I ever be able to get back my inner peace of
heart?” If your answer is “No” then you’ve surrender yourself against this
question and in search of means to reduce your inner pain. On the other hand,
if your answer is “Yes” then you are at least not amongst the list of such weak
people. However, you must still be facing the question of “How I can be able to
get back my inner peace of heart?”
For the people
who believed that they can never be healed by their inner wounds (of heart
break), ALLAH ALMIGHTY replies to them by saying:
“So verily, with the hardship, there is
relief. Verily, with the hardship, there is relief (i.e. there is one
hardship with two reliefs, so one hardship cannot overcome two reliefs)
(Al-Quran 94: 5, 6)”
You feel the
hardship of being lonely and unloved due to heartbreak. ALLAH ALMIGHTY makes
you relief by saying:
“Your Lord has not taken leave of you, nor
has He detested” (you) (Al-Quran 93: 3)
You feel like
your breast will remain tightened forever with the burden of such inner pain.
ALLAH ALMIGHTY makes you relief by saying:
“Did we not expand for you, your breast? And
we removed from you your burden, which had weighed upon your back” (Al-Quran
94: 1, 2, 3)
You
feel deeply hurt and humiliated. ALLAH ALMIGHTY makes you relief
by saying:
“And (Did we not) raised high for you your
repute” (Al-Quran 94: 4)
You
are not satisfied with your life. ALLAH ALMIGHTY makes you relief by saying:
“And your Lord is going to give you, and you
will be satisfied” (Al-Quran 93: 5)
Thus, the people who believed
that they can never be healed by their internal wounds (of heart break) should
better be adding “except by the help of ALLAH ALMIGHTY” in their believe. No
other can guarantee the cure of heartbreak disease. If one starts believing so
then he/she actually disposition him/herself to achieve inner peace of heart.
Now the second question comes in mind, “How one can be able to get back my
inner peace of heart?”
